No. Finding businesses, reading reviews, asking for quotes and booking are free for customers.
No. Your profile, posts, bookings and your free quotes each month don’t need credits. You only need credits for extras: more quotes than your free ones, or promoting your business.
Only when you do something that costs credits, and we show you the cost first: when you send a quote after your free ones (50 credits each), or when you start a promotion (paid once, upfront, for the days you choose). Nothing is taken automatically every month.
Nothing stops. Your profile and posts stay up and you can still reply to customers who contact you directly. You just can’t send extra quotes or start a promotion until you top up.
Credits work the same in every country Business Floor runs in: a quote or a day of promotion costs the same number of credits everywhere. Here, 5 credits = R1, and you’ll always see what something costs in credits before you pay.
