Getting started with your business

1. Go to List your business and sign in.
2. Enter the business name, what you do (the category) and where you are.
3. Your business gets its own page that customers can find on Business Floor and on Google.

Open your Dashboard and choose Edit profile. A complete profile is found more often and trusted more.

• Details: a clear description, your phone and WhatsApp numbers, and your address.
• Opening hours: also used for your free booking times.
• Products & services: with prices if you can. Tick Customers can ask to book this on services people book (see Calendar and bookings).
• Gallery: photos of your work, your shop or your team.

Pin my location uses where your phone or computer is at that moment, not the address you typed. Only pin while you're at the business: customers get directions to the pin, and "near me" searches use it. If the pin is wrong, choose Remove pin and pin again when you're there.

• Leads: when someone asks for quotes for the kind of work you do nearby, it shows under Leads. Reply with a quote.
• Posts: share products, deals and news on the Business Floor feed.
• Reviews: ask happy customers for a review from their customer page.
• Promote: use credits to appear at the top of search and category pages.

Under Team, add the people who help run the business: by email, which sends them an invitation they accept (even without an account yet), or by phone number if they already use Business Floor.

• Editor: day-to-day work, like the profile, posts, bookings, invoices, customers and leads.
• Admin: everything an editor does, plus billing, verification, the online shop and settings. Can add or remove editors.
• Owner: everything, including managing admins and owners, and deleting the business.

The Business Floor app for Android, iPhone and Huawei has the same account. Use it to reply to customers on the go and get notifications. Some tools, like invoices and the calendar, open the website from the app.
